Welcome to CTRL+AI. By accessing or using our social media management and AI auto-reply platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your social media accounts to CTRL+AI, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind the entity owning those accounts to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CTRL+AI strictly for lawful purposes. You shall not use our platform, including our AI auto-reply engine, to:

• Generate or distribute spam, unsolicited promotions, or deceptive content.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other individuals or entities.
• Publish or auto-reply with illegal, explicit, or inherently dangerous material.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.

3. Compliance with Meta Platform Policies

CTRL+AI integrates deeply with Meta (Facebook and Instagram). As a user of CTRL+AI, you explicitly agree to comply with all of Meta's own Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the automated replies generated by our engine on your behalf do not violate Meta's community standards.

4. Right to Suspend

CTRL+AI reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access, disconnect your linked pages, and purge your data if we receive a complaint from Meta or determine that you have violated our Acceptable Use Policy or Meta's Platform Policies.

5. Limitation of Liability for AI Content

CTRL+AI utilizes advanced language models (Google Gemini) to generate responses. While we implement strict guardrails and "Needs Human" escalation protocols, artificial intelligence can occasionally produce unpredictable or inaccurate outputs. CTRL+AI shall not be held liable for any damages, brand reputation loss, or legal consequences arising from the content generated by the AI on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing your audit logs and managing your Knowledge Base parameters.

6. Subscriptions and Refunds

CTRL+AI operates on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will prevent future billing cycles.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international software laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
